Terms of service.
The agreement between you and Aspiresly when you use our product. Last updated 28 May 2026.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aspiresly, provided by Aspire Solutions Danismanlik ve Ticaret LLC ("Aspiresly", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Aspiresly is a software-as-a-service platform that helps teams manage leads, conversations, pipelines and support. We provide the service on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity in your workspace. Notify us immediately at hello@aspirescapital.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Aspiresly to send unsolicited bulk messages, to violate WhatsApp's policies, to scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Your data
You own the data you put into Aspiresly. We act as a processor on your behalf. We do not sell your data, and we do not train shared AI models on your customer data.
5. Payment
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Failed payments may result in suspension after 14 days. Refunds are available within 14 days of first payment, on request, for any reason.
6. Free trial
New accounts get a 14-day free trial of the Growth plan. No credit card required to start. You will be reminded before the trial ends.
7. Termination
You can cancel any time from your billing settings. Your workspace will remain active until the end of the paid period, after which it is read-only for 30 days, then deleted. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms with 14 days notice (or immediately for severe violations).
8. Service availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime on standard plans, 99.99% on Enterprise. We are not liable for outages caused by third parties (WhatsApp, payment providers, cloud hosts) that are outside our reasonable control.
9. Warranty and liability
Aspiresly is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Intellectual property
We own the Aspiresly product, brand, and documentation. You own your data and any content you put into the workspace. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your data so we can provide the service.
11. Changes
We will email account owners at least 14 days before any material change to these Terms takes effect.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
