• Customer data: the contacts, conversations, deals and files you choose to put into your Aspiresly workspace.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, errors encountered. Used to operate and improve the product.
• Device data: IP address, browser, operating system, approximate location.

3. How we use it

• To provide and operate the Aspiresly service.
• To send you account, security, and product update messages.
• To debug, secure, and improve the product.
• To meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not train shared AI models on your customer data.

4. Legal bases

Where applicable, we rely on the following bases: performance of a contract (operating the service), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), legal obligation (tax, accounting), and consent (optional marketing).

5. Sharing

We share data with a small set of subprocessors that help us run the service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, customer support tooling). The current list is available on request. Every subprocessor is bound by a Data Processing Agreement.

We keep account data for as long as your workspace is active, then for 30 days after deletion to support recovery. Backups are purged within 90 days. Some data may be kept longer where required by law (for example, invoices).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data. Email hello@aspirescapital.com and we will respond within 30 days.

8. International transfers

Aspiresly is hosted in the United States. If you access the service from outside the US, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the US. For EU and UK customers we offer Standard Contractual Clauses on request.

9. Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

10. Children

Aspiresly is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

11. Changes

We will post any material changes to this policy on this page and email account owners at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
