Stages
Start with our default 5-stage pipeline (New, Qualified, Demo, Proposal, Won), or build your own. Each stage has entry rules, exit rules, expected actions, and an SLA. Cards that violate an SLA surface at the top of the rep dashboard.
Forecasting
Aspiresly produces a weekly forecast with three numbers per pipeline:
- Committed: deals our model is 80%+ confident will close in the period.
- Best case: deals 50% to 80% confident.
- Pipeline: everything else still open.
The model is retrained on your data weekly. Teams running Aspiresly for at least one quarter typically reach 90%+ forecast accuracy.
