Core concepts
Aspiresly is built around four objects you will see everywhere in the product.
- Contact: a person you talk to. Has a name, channels (email, WhatsApp), and a score.
- Deal: an opportunity. Lives in a pipeline, has a value, a stage, and a probability.
- Conversation: a thread on any channel, attached to a contact.
- Workflow: a rule you teach Aspiresly. "When X happens, do Y."

Every step is auditable, and you can pause the chain at any point for human review.
5-minute setup
- Sign up at
app.aspiresly.comwith your work email. - Invite your teammates and assign roles (Owner, Admin, Rep, Viewer).
- Connect your inbox (Gmail or Microsoft 365).
- Connect your WhatsApp Business number (you will receive an OTP).
- Import contacts from CSV, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.
- Pick a pipeline template, or start from scratch.
Contacts and leads
Contacts can be created manually, imported from CSV, captured by a form, or auto-created when a new email or WhatsApp message arrives. Every contact has a live score from 0 to 100 that updates as they engage with your brand.
Pipelines
A pipeline is a list of stages with rules between them. You can run several pipelines side by side (Sales, Renewals, Onboarding, Partnerships) with different stages, owners, and forecasting rules.
WhatsApp setup
Aspiresly is a Meta-approved WhatsApp Business Solution Partner. You connect through your existing Meta Business account. Aspiresly never has direct access to your business credentials, only to a scoped token you can revoke at any time.
Using Copilot
Copilot lives in two places: the inbox (where it drafts replies) and the deal view (where it suggests next steps). You can run Copilot in three modes:
- Approval mode: every Copilot message needs a click before sending. Recommended for new users.
- Auto mode for low risk: messages below a confidence threshold are queued for human approval; everything else sends automatically.
- Full auto: every Copilot action runs automatically. Recommended only after you have observed Copilot for at least 2 weeks.
Permissions and roles
- Owner: billing, plan, full access.
- Admin: manages teammates, pipelines, integrations.
- Rep: sees and edits their assigned contacts and deals.
- Viewer: read-only access to dashboards and reports.
Data, exports, deletion
Your data is yours. Export a CSV of any object at any time. Delete your workspace and we wipe everything within 30 days. We never train shared models on your data.
